Résidence Victoria I and II is located in the city centre, just a few steps away from the River Rhône. It is also close to the stations Liberté and Guillotière which are served by the tram T1 and the subway D, with direct access to many schools and universities in the city.
The apartments consist of a living room with sofa bed, a desk, dining table, chairs and simple and functional storage, including a kitchenette and a private bathroom.
The Preparatory Institute for sporting careers, the School of Biochemistry and biology technicians - ESTBB and ESTRI school are nearby. Similarly, the university Lyon 2 & 3 are only a few minutes walk away. It includes the Faculty of Language and Literature, the Faculty of Law of Commerce Lumière University, and the Faculty of International Law of Lyon 3 - Jean Moulin.
The minimum stay in this residence if the lease starts on the 1st of September is 6 months. The studios are available from as early as July and August at a reduced rate. Please note that if the lease starts in July or August, the minimum stay is 7 months and 8 months respectively.
