St Andrew's Square is situated in a quiet cul de sac three miles from Durham City Centre in North East England. The city sits south of Newcastle and is famous for its Norman Cathedral and 11th century Castle. Durham it is a market town, holding regular outdoor markets and a permanent indoor market and is home to Durham University, one of England's oldest universities. Durham has a great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars, as well as a range of boutiques and well-known shops.
The accommodation is a no smoking three-bedroom spacious modern townhouse sleeping up to 5 people it is fully equipped with quality furnishings and ample free parking.
Pets are welcome at a prior arrangement and there are excellent public transport links for those not wishing to drive.
