The maximum occupancy is 6 people. No parties, no pets and no smoking are allowed in the property.
The living area consists of a lounge part with TV and full kitchen with all the necessary cutlery and cooking pots. The living area also has a dining table.
One bedroom has 2 single bed that can be combined to a king-size bed and the other has a king-size bed; each bedroom has a wardrobe and a bedside table. There is also a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
All the essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper are included. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, as well as complimentary coffee and tea.
While one can pretty much walk all of Cambridge, the flat is located in close proximity to the train station and bus stops. It provides easy access to the city centre, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, as well as Trumpington and London.
There’s a co-op around the corner, as well as a Costa. Just over the bridge, there’s the Leisure Centre which includes a bunch of nice restaurants, a Tesco and Sainsbury’s, and a cinema.
The guests are welcomed to use the fully equipped private kitchen, dishwasher as well as the washer/dryer.
The safety amenities include a smoke detector, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
The access to the apartment is by an elevator and there is access for people with reduced mobility. There are 2 guaranteed parking spots.
Other things to note are that high-speed free Wi-Fi is available for all guests free of charge. Guests may check-in any time after 3 pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 11 am on the day of departure. Guests wishing to check-out after 11 am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of 40GBP per hour for every hour, or pro-rata for part of an hour. If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost is 20GBP per hour. Check-ins before 3pm and after 8pm are subject to an additional charge of 30GBP.
There is a travel cot that can be set up for a toddler, in addition to the advertised number of guests that can stay in the flat.
Only bookings from guests over 23 years of age are accepted at the time of booking. Bookings will be cancelled without refund for anyone booking who is under the age of 23 or who fails to provide valid photo ID.
Please note that pricing may vary at the point of reservation depending on a number of factors, such as day of the week, number of nights, number of people staying and season.
Standard house rules apply and include being respectful of the property and neighbours, being tidy and minding noise levels outside of social hours. No parties are allowed. No noise between 11 pm and 9 am. Please note that this is a residential area and taking the comfort of the long-term neighbours is extremely serious. The neighbours are very sensitive to the noise made by the guests, so if you are planning on a party or a rowdy evening out, please kindly consider other accommodation options. Only the persons who have been taken account for upon booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Not complying with these terms and conditions will result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals and is released subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The security deposit may be kept for violation of house rules or damage to the property. The security deposit is kept in the form of a pre-authorisation of funds on your card, as opposed to a charge. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the deposit to reach your bank following the release of the funds.
