Aperçu

Located in a green setting at the edge of the forest and in the heart of the Landes, the residence Adonis Cassen by Olydea is a friendly residence which consists of 90 semi-detached timber framed small houses, facing the south.

The apartments can accommodate up to eight people and all feature an en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchennette, cable TV and balcony. There's an on site reception with bar facilities, common lounge, business center with free wi-fi and many recreational and sports facilities such as a gym, a solarium terrace and access to the indoor pool.

Adonis Cassen by Olydea is the ideal choice for a holiday with family or friends whether you're there to discover the natural, cultural and gastronomic heritage of the region or simply to enjoy a wellness holiday thanks to the thermal baths nearby.

Restauration et Boissons

Each accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen including a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and crockery.

A buffet breakfast is available and costs 10 € / person.

Local shops with essential items can be found about 2 km away from the residence and supermarkets are about 7 km away (Montfort-en-Chalosse). The use of a car is a must.

Sheets and pillowcases: 10 € / bed / change. Towels: 8 € / pers / week.

If you wish your beds to be made before arrival there's an additional fee of 21 € / bed (including sheets and pillowcases). This service needs to be pre-booked and is payable upon arrival (please include your request in the section "additional information" at the time of booking.)

Baby equipment is available subject to availability (bed, chair, bath). Please include your request in the section "additional information" at the time of booking.

An outdoor pool is open from mid-April to the end of September depending on weather conditions. An indoor heated pool with fitness area + sauna: is operational all year round. An extra charge is payable In July and August to access the indoor pool, the rate is 4 € / person for half a day or 6 € / person per day.

Sauna: 4 € per 15 minutes session per person during the opening hours of the reception.

Access to the Fitness Room is free of charge.

Pets allowed: 10 € / night, 45 € / week. Please note that an anti-rabies certificate is required. Attack dogs (pittbull) and 2nd cat. (guard / defense) dogs are prohibited. Only 1 animal allowed per apartment.

Outdoor parking: one parking per accommodation free of charge, subject to availability

Onsite Laundromat: 5 € / wash and 4 € / drying.

End of stay cleaning: If your apartment is not cleaned before you departure, a cleaning fee will be charged which is as follows: 45 € (2 rooms), 55 € (3 rooms) or 65 € (4 rooms) payable directly to the property. If you prefer not to clean, check the available option with the reception (final cleaning or daily on request).

Activities:

Terrace solarium, a playground for children, a 9-hole mini-golf, 2 petanque grounds, table tennis, beach volley (free loan of balls, rackets, petanque balls, board games)

Sports activities for adults and teenagers are available during the summer period (muscular awakening, jogging, water aerobics, individual and collective sports tournaments).

By car: Motorway A10 Paris-Bordeaux then A63 direction Bayonne, exit Castets then Dax. In Dax take N124 towards Mont-de-Marsan, exit Pontonx-sur-Adour, then towards Mugron / Cassen then follow the signs to "Hameaux de la Chalosse".

By Train: Dax SNCF station 25 km (TGV Paris-Dax in 4 hours).

By Plane: Biarritz Airport (60 km) or Bordeaux (110 km).
