Each room reservation includes the free of charge continental breakfast served each morning. The continental breakfast location is in the common room next to the front desk. This rooms has seating for guests at round tables or there is a lounge area in front of the television for guests to eat and relax. The room is sun filled and equipped with internet services.

The Residence is located alongside naturalistic trails. The residence staff can provide links from the discovery trail plan website that will allow a guest to book a tour on one of these trails. Lake Nipissing is a beautiful lake and is located just a few minutes from the residence. Boat cruises; boat rentals for leisure or fishing are just a few of the many adventures a beginner or advanced person can enjoy. There are several shops and restaurants located at North Bays water front area.

Internet is free through out the residence - there is a username and password that can be obtained when checking into your room. This is made available through the front desk staff. There are televisions in the common rooms on each floor and in the four bedroom suites lounge area inside the suites. Laundry is available on site this is operated with a card that can be obtained from the front desk. The cards are then loaded with funds by the guests for any amounts of money they require for the wash and dry.
