Our 7 bedrooms are cosy, comfortable and characteristically furnished, comprising of Twin, Double and Superior rooms. All rooms are en suite and are equipped with hairdryer, tea & coffee facilities, trouser press and flat screen TV.
Several of our rooms are large enough to accommodate additional children's beds or a travel cot. Wi-Fi available in the Bar

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DIVERSIONS IN PLACE
From Monday 16th May 2022 for around 4 months, the A625 outside The Chequers will be closed.
Access from the top of the road (Sheffield side) will be via diversions through Baslow, or by going through Grindleford.
Access from the bottom of the road (Calver side) will be as normal - please drive straight through the 'Road Closed' signs.
Severn Trent Water are carrying out major repair work, but it does not affect The Chequers and is some way up the road. The good news is that our road will be quieter than usual!
