Dawes House is a 3 storey Victorian House on Dawes Road. It provides accommodation for 12 International students at a time. All rooms are with central heating. There are 4 standard single rooms and 4 twin rooms in this building. Each room has its own fridge and TV. One twin room contains its own private bathroom and kitchen. Fitted kitchen equipped with cooker, kettle, plates and cutlery. Two shared bathrooms, one extra toilet, and a common room.
As this is student only accommodation you will be asked to send us a copy of your passport/ID and the school acceptance letter before your arrival.
