Chatters restaurant - ECU Village's on-site restaurant, Chatters serves authentic and affordable Asian cuisine in a relaxed and contemporary environment, without compromising on customer service. Food is prepared fresh daily from mostly locally-sourced Western Australian produce. Chatters is a proudly Western Australian (WA) owned and operated company and believes that WA provides some of the freshest and most beautiful ingredients for food preparation.

Communal kitchen and dining area - the communal kitchen is the perfect location for whipping up group meals. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and basic cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.

Vending machines - vending machines are located in the 24 hour accessible Laundry Room located near the Common Rooms.

Nearby restaurants - Beaufort Street in Mt Lawley is famous for it's variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is only 5 minutes away by car.

BBQ – the BBQ area overlooks the swimming pool and is the perfect location to have a casual dinner after a busy day.

Business centre - the business centre provides access to wireless Internet, computers, printing, faxing, scanning and photocopying facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additional costs apply for these services. 3 study bays with individual monitors allow guests to conduct small group meetings.
