The friendly High Cross Inn is prominently situated on the outskirts of the small market town of Broughton-in-Furness with impressive views in all directions from the Cumbrian fells all the way to the sea. It is conveniently placed on the A595, ideal for those passing through on their way to other parts and those wishing for a relaxing stay. The inn prides itself in providing flexibility in the provision of food, drink and accommodation to its visitors.
Six bedrooms are available, each offering a view of either the fells or the sea (or both). All rooms come with a television and DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities and private bathroom. Use the inn as a base to explore what the Lake District has to offer - amble around Ambleside, cruise on Coniston Water, explore Eskdale Valley, discover Hawkshead's history and heritage, a walk in Wasdale, or in Windermere.
