The Long Melford Swan is part of the Stuart Inns Group which is owned and managed by siblings Iain Macmillan and Lorna Pissarro. Together with their father Andrew, they have brought together their passion for food and design to create something very special.
Their vision was to open a welcoming bar and restaurant with an appealing menu which is crafted and prepared with culinary passion using the best seasonal ingredients. The luxurious rooms each have their own look and feel, where, after a fabulous meal, guests can enjoy a restful night and a mouth-watering award winning breakfast the following morning.

All dishes are prepared by a team of talented chefs using only the finest seasonal produce, returning diners always have an exciting range of options to choose from throughout the year.
