PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE RE-OPENING FOLLOWING LIFTING OF RESTRICTIONS
With its own private entrance and conservatory, our large ground floor B&B room has a double bed, a single bed and a spacious en suite with wc, bath and separate shower cubicle. Breakfast is served in the conservatory which guests have sole use of during their stay at Oaks Lane Farm B&B. You'll also have use of our gardens and off street parking. The room has wifi, Freeview TV, dvd player, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Underfloor heating and large bath towels give that little extra comfort.

Sadly we cannot accept babies, children under 5 or dogs at our B&B. Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

You can enjoy walks from the door over rolling Derbyshire countryside or venture into the Peak District National Park with its dramatic varied scenery. If you prefer sightseeing Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are 15 mins away with several National Trust properties in the area. If industrial history is more your thing, Cromford Mill and other sites in the spectacular Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site are about 20 minutes away by car.

Other local attractions include steam trains, Heights of Abraham, Crich Tramway Village, Buxton, Bakewell, Cromford Canal and former railway lines which are now accessible walking/cycling trails.

Oaks Lane Farm is about 1/2 mile from Kelstedge and 1 mile from the village of Ashover, both within walking distance for pub meals.

Although our family room is on the ground floor it is not all on one level, If you have mobility restrictions, please contact us before booking to ensure that you will be able to enjoy your stay here.

Oaks Lane Farm is a small working farm with small groups of pigs, sheep, poultry, cows and donkeys. We also have several hives of honeybees! Guests are welcome to come and help feed the animals in the afternoons. We also sell our own sausages, meat, eggs, preserves and honey.
