The University Residence is located next to the science campus of the University of Valencia in the town of Burjassot and 10 minutes by car from the center of Valencia.
There is a tram stop two minutes' walk from the residence. The city of Valencia is home to the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences and the Silk Exchange, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The residence offers all kinds of comforts for residents of long and short stays who wish to discover Valencia and its surroundings.

It offers single and double rooms on a room only basis, equipped with individual bathroom, kitchen, wireless internet, air conditioning/heating. The location of the residence is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to relax after hectic days of sightseeing or work.

The residence has bars a few meters away, in addition to the cafeterias of the Burjassot university campus, where you will find cheap menus.
