Originally built in 1838 by the Kirkpatrick family it was formally called the Windcliffe Manor.

If you prefer to relax at the Manor a gourmet picnic can be provided to enjoy in the gardens or overlooking the wonderful coastline (at an additional cost), which is a minute walk away. Or why not make use of the the Woodland BBQ hut in the grounds of the manor?

Nearby are miles of magnificent walks.Glorious Sunsets can be enjoyed in the peaceful setting of the delightful grounds. Of an evening the gardens transform into a retreat for wildlife, highlights include badger watching from the new Enchanted Folly. Other wildlife includes red squirrels, hedgehogs, peacocks and pheasants to name but a few.
