I arrived very late in the evening but the porter made no mention of this, waved away my apologies and was very welcoming and efficient. The room was as large as my own apartment and was excellent value for money. This was a very positive experience.

A spacious and quiet room with an outlook to the garden and lots of natural light. When I was injured (off property), the host was kind and tried to help me as best he could.

Very pleasant independent hotel in excellent location a few minutes walk from University of Bristol. Recommended.

A most enjoyable stay in a beautiful place. My room was warm and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent.

Excellent room and location. However kitchen area had no equipment. Ie cutlery pots, pans and crockery etc.

Excellent, spacious, clean and well-equipped with free entry to the raptor centre in the morning.

Very nice place and hospitable staff :) Close to the train station, so it is very convenient.

Super place - service, room and food excellent. Would certainly stay there again.
