Note - moved from Astor College to emergency, to Carr Saunders Hall in Fitzroy St. Good room, high standard of fittings, furniture, bed, lighting etc. 2 pillows supplied which is rare. Good shower facilities, everywhere clean, friendly staff, great location.

Room furniture showing its age. On arrival, Bedside lights had no bulbs and TV was not tuned; these should have been checked by housekeeping prior to our arrival. Impressive food and outstanding service from staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was good. Very friendly staff. Though power to my room got interrupted the day I was leaving. I was not able to find out why. I enjoyed my time there.
