It is not a hotel type facility, it is dedicated to social and religious hospitality facility for pilgrims, families, members of religious communities and associative groups.Casa Santa Sofia, is managed by the Sisters Catechists of Sant'Anna. Inside of Casa per ferie Santa Sofia is a small chapel where every guest could get in to pray.
From Casa Santa Sofia you can WALK to: Colosseum, St. Peter in Vincoli, Circus Maximus, Aventino, Bocca della Vertià, Trastevere, Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana of Trevi, Piazza di Spagna etc. You can visit ALL the center of Rome WITHOUT buying tickets for public transport. (Google map)
