Generator Berlin Mitte is right in the heart of the city. Formerly two 19th century office buildings, it’s now fused into one arts-focused über hostel.

The history of Germany surrounds this hostel in Berlin Mitte. The Berlin Wall, Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag Dome are easily accessible, not to mention Museum Island nestled on the River Spree. The district is home to a renowned community of artists, giving rise to an abundance of galleries, restaurants and cafes to sample. Visitors will have no trouble finding hidden gems, from the best dance clubs in town to stylish cocktail bars.  It's no distance from places such as Alexanderplatz, offering a huge range of stores and outlets providing much-celebrated retail therapy.

For art enthusiasts, the hostel includes a sculptural string installation by French artist Sebastian Preschoux, and corridors filled with super-sized signature faces by Thierry Noir.  A historic courtyard, vibrant social spaces and a chill-out library make it feel like a real home away from home.

In case of no show of a non-refundable reservation, all nights will be cancelled with penalty unless the property is informed of late arrival by the guest.
