The living room is dominated by 2 large open fireplaces with beautiful Art Nouveau tiles that have provided the colour palette for the rest of the room. The wooden floor has been painted in a stunning new Farrow and Ball colour. The furniture is contemporary and the living room is set out in 2 seating zones around each fire place, 1 for viewing the 42 inch TV with sound bar and another for relaxing, reading, etc. The large and spacious kitchen includes a lovely 8 seater dinning table. The downstairs layout and space makes it possible for a family or group to all comfortably be in each room at the same time or to spread out in 3 separate areas. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms including the master and on the second floor there is a small double room and a twin. Parking can be arranged upon request.
