The residence is located in Gracia, one of the most charming neighbourhoods in Barcelona, with a wide range of cultural and student life.
Accommodation is available as spacious, comfortable and bright rooms with a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. In total there are 11 rooms, 6 doubles and 5 singles. The small size of the building contributes to the warm and familiar atmosphere that can be enjoyed in the residence. Bathroom facilities are separated to male and females, please bring your towels.
