Overview

The B&B is located in Via Mattia Battistini 232, 500 meters away from Battistini underground station (line A). In front of the building there are bus stops, which will take you directly into Rome's historical centre and to the Vatican.

The B&B is composed of 2 apartments in the same building that have been entirely renovated, with a possibility of free private carpark.

There are 3 rooms per apartment: double room with private bathroom, twin room with shared bathroom and single room with shared bathroom.

The apartments also offer a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a table and chairs for our guests to have breakfast.

All rooms have central heating, air-conditioning and free Internet Wi-Fi access.

Please note: for check in after 6pm there is an additional charge of €15 and for check in after 9pm there is an additional charge of €30.

From Termini Station: take the underground line A in the direction of Battistini. Get off at the last stop, Battistini, exit from the station and take Via Mattia Battistini on the right. Continue 600m, you should cross over Via Forte Braschi and after 100m you have arrived at 232. Ring the bell 5 or 11 that says "Brother & Sisters" and you will be let in. Go up the slope and enter the first building on your right. You will find us at the 1st or 3rd floor of the building A.

Alternatevily, you can also reach us from Battistini underground station (line A) with one of those buses: 146, 998, 997 or 995.

Metro: Battistini (line A), 500 meters. Bus stop (several lines): 20 meters. Termini Station: 9.5 km.

Please note that tourists visiting the city of Rome will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
