The residence offers studios and apartments which are fully furnished and are available in different sizes ranging from 16m2-38m2 and all offer self catering facilities. Furnished with comfortable double sofa beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers they provide an ideal base for study.
The studios and apartments of size 22m2 and above can be rented on a shared basis. An additional charge applies when selecting the Studios Comfort and Apartments Comfort which have been renovated recently. The studios are available from as early as July and August at a reduced monthly rate and the minimum stay is 6 months. If you lease starts in July or August, the minimum stay is 7 months and 8 months respectively.
