Lovely staff on when we arrived late, very helpful. Our room was very fresh smelling and visually clean! Floors werent tacky/sticky to walk on. Couldnt actually ask for any better. They even fussed on our wee terrier we brought along with us for the night! Source = Google Roomzzz Nottingham City

All aspects were fully adequate for my short stay on conference business. As a weekend visitor, my room was not serviced(as was made clear at outset) but it was comfortable and provisioning adequate. May I praise the catering staff as courteous and helpful Homerton College, Cambridge

Really nice apart hotel! The staff are so helpful and you always have breakfast to go! Just mind, the parking area is too narrow, so it's quite hard to get out/in, especially when it's full. Roomzzz Chester City
