Available between 1st May and 24st August and located a stone’s throw away from the Mont-Royal park, this summer hotel is situated very near to the city centre, but still far enough away from all the crowds. You can make the most of tourist attractions and still be near the city’s cultural and commercial diversity.
You can start off the day in the breakfast room, with plenty of morning sunlight. A continental breakfast is available at 2450 Édouard-Montpetit between 7am and 10am at a supplement of $8.50, inclusive of all taxes. You can choose from bread, bagels, croissants, cereals, various fruit, orange juice and coffee, all accompanied by a selection of cream cheeses and jam/jelly.
The shared kitchens are equipped with cooker, microwave, worktops, a dining corner and television, to allow you to prepare your own meals (crockery and utensils not provided) in a relaxing atmosphere.
Vending machines selling fizzy drinks, snacks and sweets are also at hand to satisfy any cravings that you might have.
A Métro store is located on Côte-des-Neiges street, on the corner of Queen Mary street. Another is situated on Place Wilderton, on the corner of Van Horne and Wilderton.
Several cafés, pubs and restaurants are available within walking distance on Côte-des-neiges, suitable for any taste or budget.
The Studios Hôtel is located north side of Mont-Royal and offer great views of the city and its surroundings.
Alongside the numerous parks available nearby, the complex also offers a terrace and picnic area.
The very modern sports facilities of the CEPSUM centre are located very near the summer hotel, so you can keep fit during your stay. The complex offers a swimming pool, sports equipment and a modern gym, all just a stone’s throw away from the residence ($).
Several common areas are available for guests’ enjoyment, including rooms with televisions and microwaves, where you can share a meal with friends.
Pool and ping-pong tables, as well as table football, are available at 2350 Édouard-Montpetit.
Laundry facilities ($) are available in each building.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the common area near the main reception. All rooms are equipped with standard Internet access ($). If you do not have one, an Ethernet cable will be provided for you for free, which you should return to reception upon departure.
A 3.5% lodging tax is included in the room rate.

No complaints. Simple but clean and quiet. Very good privacy for my son and I. Front desk staff were very helpful and worked with me in English when I got to topics I don't have French vocabulary for. A much better value than hotels serving the area. AlexH 23/07/2018

The buses #51 and #119 stop just outside the building at 2450 Édouard-Montpetit. Two subway stations on the blue line, Université de Montréal and Édouard-Montpetit, are also located very near to the complex,
Our parking facilities are available if you are arriving by car. You can get a permit for 17$ per day or 40$ for 3 to 7 days.
