The house is set across three floors, and includes 4 spacious bedrooms, so 8 guests can comfortably stay at the property - the perfect spot for a family holiday, or a group of friends!
The property has its own private sun trap courtyard.
Two bedrooms have double beds, and the other two have twin bunk beds, making there 2 double beds and 4 single beds in the cottage altogether.
There is a well-equipped kitchen, with microwave, toaster, kettle, oven unit and all plates and cups, cutlery etc. , along with a dining table and chairs in the house for eating in.
In the living room there is a TV with streaming services such as Netflix and other platforms, which you can sign into during your stay to watch.
For longer stays, there is plentiful storage space in the bedrooms for clothes (wardrobes, chest of drawers etc.), a washing machine for your use, and hairdryers are supplied too, so if you do take a dip in the sea this house will be a lovely spot to return to and warm u after a busy day!
We have a cot if you are bringing a young child with you, but you will need to bring bedding.
We supply basic toiletries such as soap, and all bedlinens are supplied too.
Parking spaces on the streets behind the property are free, if available. A permit for all Torbay council car parks is available from the Torbay council website, for the duration of your stay. Please contact us if you need assistance to do this. A single permit will allow you to park in any of the council car parks in Torbay, where you may want to visit. The main town centre car park is across the road.
There are public ferries to Paignton & Torquay from the Harbour. Dartmouth is a short journey away by car.
