Gary Scott is a world champion fly fisherman. His friendly approach and easy manner make him the ideal companion for a day's fly fishing, on one of the many wonderful salmon rivers of Scotland.
He's the perfect person to help you brush up on your fly casting skill and if you are a complete beginner his relaxed approach will soon have you casting with ease.
Your day begins when Gary picks you up from the hotel for a chat about the fishing and your aims for the day.
Then you'll relax in some of Scotland's most beautiful and unspoilt scenery, far from the madding crowd.
Fish while Gary offers you tips and advice to help improve your skill.
Lunch is provided which often involves a barbeque.
Gary prides himself in sharing his love for the art of fly casting, so you're in for a memorable time - and you'll still manage to improve your fishing chances!
Key information
Availability: Can be arranged at short notice through out the year. Simply call for details of current availability.
Participants: Must be over 16 years of age. No fly fishing experience required, however, those with some casting knowledge will benefit greatly.
Duration: Normally pick up at 8:45am from your accommodation then drive you to the river for a full day on the river bank.
Lunch is provided from 1:00pm until 2:00pm and we finish up at 5:30pm.
