The Grosvenor Guest House, Hastings

Ideally situated in the heart of Hastings, a stone's throw from the main line station and on the A21 - the main road link to London and the M25, the Grosvenor Guest House is the new place to stay. Having just been totally renovated to a stylish, luxurious standard we think your stay with us will be just perfect and with its brand new, state of the art water pressure system, your trip to the shower should be one of great pleasure!

We are a 10 minute walk from the historic Old Town of Hastings with all its restaurants, bars and beautiful walks and scenery. We are also a short walk to the beach and the fishing port.

All our rooms are ensuite with large flat screen TV with freeview, fridge, free Wi-Fi and hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. A fold out table is also provided. The ensuites have large power showers, shampoo and shower gel dispensers, hand soap dispenser and towels. We also have two family rooms one of which is two rooms linked by an internal door with a double and single bed and the other which is two rooms linked by an internal door with two single beds in one room and a double bed in the other. If you contact me directly I can sell the family rooms as just double rooms.

You’ll find The Grosvenor Guest House right in the heart of Hastings, 1066 Country. We are a mere 2 minute’s walk from the town centre where you’ll find a huge variety of shops, bars, restaurants and café’s, not to mention the beautiful beach which leads all the way along to the fishing port.

Visit the remains of Hastings Castle, take a stroll across the West Hill which offers stunning views across the famous Hastings Old Town, explore the spooky Smuggler’s Caves, enjoy an evening at the Theatre or simply take a relaxing walk along the promenade.
