Hoirzon Barn was built in 2011 in a traditional style using reclaimed local stone, brick and timber. Heating and hot water is produced by a biomass boiler, rainwater harvesting is used for non-potable water requirements.
Interior features have been created by local craftsmen using antique and reclaimed materials. Located in a working yard, Jim's Antiques Salvage and Timber. Off road and secure parking is available to guests.
Downstairs there is a small entrance way, a well equipped kitchen and a log stove for cooking, heating and an extra cosy atmosphere. There is also underfloor heating.
Bi-fold doors open into a private outside area with BBQ, table and chairs.
