Our lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment is completely self-contained, with its own entrance that can be accessed at the rear of the property (completely separate from the rest of the building). The flat is at the top of a pedestrian-only lane, which is beautiful, quaint and very typical of the Brixham town vibe! Stunning harbourside views can be seen from just a short walk away.
The flat as a cosy cottage-style feel to it, but it has been furnishes to a good standard to feel spacious at the same time. It has been recently refurbished too so is up-to-date and ready for your trip.
The kitchen, living and dining areas are in an open-plan setting. This is well-equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy eating in. In the living room there is a TV with streaming services such as Netflix and other platforms, which you can sign into during your stay to watch.
There is a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower. We supply basic toiletries such as soap, and all bedlinens are supplied too.

Parking spaces on the streets behind the property are free, if available. A permit for all Torbay council car parks is available from the Torbay council website, for the duration of your stay. Please contact us if you need assistance to do this. A single permit will allow you to park in any of the council car parks in Torbay, where you may want to visit. The main town centre car park is a few minutes’ walk away.
There are public ferries to Paignton & Torquay from the Harbour. Dartmouth is a short journey away by car.
