Ruby’s Rooms is an inspirational art & design led seafront guesthouse. Owned and designed by the culture collective Ruby & Norm who have been curating content and spaces in the music, arts & youth sector for almost 20 years. With deep family connections and love for this rich artistic and cultural pocket of the south coast they believe your place of rest should be as inspiring as your place to play.Working with locally sourced materials & furnishings and a team of east Sussex craftsmen they set upon restoring & modernising this magnificent 6 story Victorian house. They provide apartments, rooms or entire house hire with either self catering facilities or breakfast to order with some of the best locally produced food & drink.

With ongoing collaborations with creative talent ranging from music producers, tattoo artists to fashion labels each room offers a very unique experience to enjoy.

Located directly on the seafront between Hastings Pier and Warrior Square with perfect access to Hastings Old Town, Underground Skate Park, the live music & film on the new Pier, numerous Galleries, Vintage Emporiums & the emerging new food and drink scene of St Leonard's plus stunning sea views all year. They have numerous partnerships with local entertainment, food & drink venues and can offer bespoke planning and value for your stay including trips to local organic vineyards for lunch and wine tasting. With numerous activities for the children too including direct beach access, amusements, water sports, BMX and skate lessons, art workshops and much more. The east sussex coastline offers multiple cycling, walking and outdoor activities with Bexhill, Eastbourne, Lewes & Brighton all within a short bus or train journey away. Ruby's Room is also a gallery space 4 times a year with open house showcasing local art talent.
