Originating from the North and London, Will and Michelle arrived at the Cowdray in October 2020.
Having taken over the Cowdray in October 2020, it would be fair to say we were not living in normal times. Within weeks of arriving, Boris, put us all into our second lockdown. During this time, Will and Michelle were busy giving the Cowdray some well deserved TLC in preparation for reopening.
Before the Cowdray, Will was a successful constructor overseeing projects and staff after coming out of the Military. Now, Will is definitely Chief Barman especially when we have ‘Happy Hour’ behind the bar! Michelle brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry. Michelle has owned various restaurants including one on the famous King’s Road in London.
Of course, you will also have to meet Bertie, Flo and Autumn as they are the resident animals of the Cowdray.
