Check-in: from 12pm. In order to give the best welcome is necessary to communicate the arrival time. If you arrival is before 12pm you can leave the luggage at the reception.

Alberghino is situated in a quiet street just 5 minutes away from the cantral station Santa Maria Novella, from Leopolda Station and from the exibition centre (Fortezza da Basso, Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari) and 10 minutes away from the historical centre (Piazza del Duomo Square, Piazza della Repubblica, Palazzo Vecchio, etc..)

By train:

Santa Maria Novella train station is roughly 400m away. You can reach the accommodation in 5 minutes walking: exit from the station right side, turn left and cross the street and follow the rails of the tramvia (first along Via Alamanni and then along Via Jacopo da Diacceto); once you are at the end of the street, cross Viale Fratelli Rosselli and in front of you will find Via Cittadella, take the right and after few meters you will find the Alberghino at the number 6 or 6/a.

From the airport:

Amerigo Vespucci Airport is roughly 8km away. It is possible to reach the accommodation by taxi, at the fix cost of €20 or by shuttle bus (Vola in Bus) at €5 to be paid in the bus, which every 30 minutes links the airport with Santa Maria Novella train station. From the station, follow the above directions.

By car:

From the south: exit the motorway E1 at Firenze Sud and follow directions to Firenze centro. Once you arrived at the traffic light at the Lungoarno del Tempio, you are obliged to go to the right. Go torward Piazza Beccaria and continue along Viale Antonio Gramsci and Viale Giacomo Matteotti, unil you reach Piazza della Libertá. Take Viale Spartaco Lavagnini and continue along Fortezza da Basso until you reach the Viali di Circonvallazione. After the railway underpass, turn left to Via Guido Monaco, keep right and before the traffic light turn and continue straight, turn right and you will be in Via Cittadella, after few meters you will find the Alberghino at the n. 6 or 6/a (reception).

From the north: exit the motorway A1 and follow directions to Firenze centro. Once you arrive at the end of Viale Francesco Redi, turn right and then left into Via Guido Monaco, keep right and before the traffic light turn and continue straight, turn right and you will be in Via Cittadella, after few meters you will find the Alberghino at the n. 6 or 6/a (reception).

It is possible to reach the Alberghino by car, this can be left at the pubblic carpark (blue lines) at the cost of €1.50 per hour, from 8am to 8pm – night and holidays free; alternatively just 3 minutes away by car there is a private carpark at the cost of €22/26 per day, according to the type of car.  

Please note that tourists visiting the city of Florence will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
