The Domus Pacis is a hotel operating as a place to stay for guests of the monastery, Basilica and Porziuncola. There are 190 beds in single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, each with a private bath, telephone, TV and hair dryer. Both men and women are welcome.
The birthplace of St. Francis and St. Clare, Assisi is a beautiful medieval town occupying a serene, gentle landscape. Grandly situated halfway up Monte Subasio, Assisi’s pale marble buildings are just a prelude to the prettiness of the town. There are two facilities annexed to the Basilica Patriarcale e Protoconvento della Porziuncola. The Domus Pacis, which has recently been remodeled and the Casa di Accoglienza Le Stuoie.
