Great experience all round but I would like to suggest better quality instant coffee in the rooms and a range of tea bags available - Nescafé and PG Tips don’t appeal to many people - bring the hot drinks provision into the 21st century, please!

The porters were extremely friendly and helpful. The shower was cold my first day, and the pillow and comforter were not very comfortable, but otherwise, I was satisfied with the room.
