We spent four nights in the small basement double room. It was small but had everything we needed. Great location, just a ten minute walk into the centre of Bath. Ample parking. Fantastic breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again. Pulteney House, Bath

Close to train station and city. Easy to access dinner options. Great for tourist as close to train, tourist bus. Easy access to Duomo, uffizi and ponte vecchio. Fantastic cheap Chinese at end of street. Market nearby. Enjoy B&B Soggiorno Pezzati, Firenze
