Downsview has 13 en-suite bedrooms, some of which have spectacular views over the Downs. We also have a self-contained two-bedroom apartment. Each guest room has a digital TV, fridge, hair dryer, kettle, ironing board and iron. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and still mineral water are supplied in each room.
We have private off-street parking. Long term parking rates are available on request. The area is ideal for ramblers and cyclists with many lovely villages to visit. We also provide safe storage for bicycles.
Breakfast is served in our delightful, spacious breakfast room. We offer a choice of Full English and Continental breakfast. Full English is £8.00/person/night and Continental is £5/50/person/night. We also have a lounge and bar area as well as a small kitchen which has a fridge, toaster and microwave for use by guests. Guests are also welcome to order a takeaway in the evening or bring in their own food and eat in the dining room. There are also a number of pubs and restaurants nearby.
The garden has seating where you can relax (perhaps with a cup of tea or coffee or a drink from the bar) and enjoy the view across the valley. There is also a football net, swingball and petanque for entertainment!
