Whilst staying at our Professional Southampton Apartment, you can expect hotel comforts and home-like amenities; such as FREE PARKING (for 1 car), a fully equipped kitchen, free super-fast Wi-Fi and Netflix.

It is located only 0.5 miles from Southampton City Centre where you can find a wealth of independent shops, cafes and craft ale and wine bars. Despite its excellent connections to a thriving city, it is in a quiet location and very private and ideal for people looking for an alternative to a hotel.

There is 1 bathroom which includes a bath and overhead shower with towels provided. There are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 full size single beds. There is also a large wardrobe in one room with hanging rail in the other, both have bedside tables and all the linen and bedding is provided.

The living area boasts a 3 seat chaise sofa bed, 2 seat sofa and 2 tub chairs with a large 43" Smart TV which includes Netflix. There is a work station within the lounge area and also a dining table that seats 4. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, including essential cooking equipment, crockery and glassware. The apartment also has a washing machine and clothes hanger. Tea and coffee making facilities can also be found.

There are several bus stops within easy walking distance for convenient access to Southampton City Centre, Woolston and Southampton Central train station which provides a direct link to London Waterloo.

Local attractions include the Beaulieu, Mayflower Theatre, John Hansard Gallery, Turner Sims Southampton, Alpine Snowsports Centre, City Eye, Go Ape, God’s House Tower and the Itchen Valley Country Park.
