This lovely new built Townhouse is a new built is very Centrally located. It faces Arthur seat and Holyrood park (So you will have a view on Arthur seat). it is just a short walk from the prestigious New Town and city centre, and has a variety of pubs and grocery stores within minutes of your door.

Wheelchair access: As it is a main door townhouse, so it can be accessed by wheelchair (Downstairs bathroom, living room, hot tub, downstairs bedroom and kitchen)

Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms (one of which is an en suite). They are luxurious and top quality. The three of them have shower rooms and one has a bath.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in total. One in the ground floor with one double bed. Two in the second floor up, with 2 single beds each (4 single beds in total) and one of them is ensuite. Two in the top floor with one double bed and one Zbed seat sofa (Floor seat opens to a single floor bed) each (So on top floor in the two bedrooms 2 double beds and 2 Zbed seat sofas open to floor bed)

Living room/ kitchen: The living room has one Chesterfield corner sofa and one double Chesterfield sofa. Both are top quality and very comfortable. The living room is very spacious and contains a 60” Smart LED TV. The dining room has 4 seats and one large bench. All is solid oak and top quality. The kitchen comes fully equipped, providing you with all the utensils you need should you be planning to cook with.

Hot tub is a brand new strong jets hot tub. We will always make sure it is ready for you to have some fun relaxing time. (Please note it take few hours to heat up after checking in because we change water after guests)
