Whilst staying at our Professional Apartment situated in Southsea, Portsmouth, you can expect hotel comforts and home-like amenities; such as FREE PARKING (Permit Parking For 1 Vehicle), a fully equipped kitchen, free super-fast Wi-Fi and Netflix.
It is located on the sought-after Kent Road and only 0.1 miles from Southsea town centre. Here you will find a wealth of independent shops, cafes and craft ale and wine bars. Though it has excellent connections to a thriving city, it is ideally located in a quiet area and ideal for someone looking for an alternative to a hotel.
There is 1 bathroom which includes a bath and overhead shower with towels provided. There are 2 double bedrooms which can be made in to 1 double and a twin depending on your preference. Each bedroom comes with a personal dressing table/desk and all the linen and bedding is provided.
The living area boasts a chaise sofa bed and large 43" Smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle including essential cooking equipment, crockery and glassware. The apartment also has a dishwasher and washing machine. Fresh milk along with tea and coffee making facilities can also be found.
There are several bus stops within easy walking distance for convenient access to Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth City Centre and Fratton train station which provides a direct link to London Waterloo.
Local attractions include the Kings Theatre, Restaurant 27 (2 AA Rosette’s), Gunwharf Quays (outlet shopping, bars & restaurants), Spinnaker Tower and the famous Historic Dockyard.
