The property has an entrance on the ground floor and is located on the first floor.
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
First Floor - 1 double bedroom that can either be 2 singles or a double - please let us know at the time of booking. There is plenty of storage and a TV. Open plan living/dining area with sofa bed suitable for 1 person.
Guests will have full access to the entire property with the exception of one section of the wardrobe, which is locked. All contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code.
Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. No pets are allowed. You will self check in using the key box when you arrive. The information will be sent to you by email with a weblink containing all the information.
