We are located just 1 minute walk from the Lytham centre where you will find an array of vintage & boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, Lytham Hall & market stalls.

Within minute drive of St. Anne's, Fairhaven & Blackpool so there is an abundance of activities and sites to see. Coastal and country walks are readily available as are sandy beaches. The Fylde coast boasts of 4 excellent and challenging golf courses including Royal Lytham, home to The Open.
Our accommodation is traditional in nature with enough modern touches to make the rooms comfortable. Parking is available either on the street outside or in the car park across the road.
