Welcome to Como and the Santa Teresa residence, located in a restored 13th century building. There are 15 twin and 2 triple rooms available, all with an ensuite bathroom. Rooms with disabled access are also available. Please indicate any preferences or personal requirements in the booking form and the management will do everything possible to fulfil these.
The residence has been in use since 2003 and during the course of the last few years has seen a complete restoration, which has greatly improved the comfort level of the residents, while still maintaining the original structura characteristics of the property.
It is very well linked by means of public transport to the rest of the city and is in a excellent location with respect to the lake and its attractions.
Due to local legislation, we can only permit bookings from students, teaching staff or conference delegates.
