Strenneth is set in Norfolk countryside 10 mins. drive from the market town of Diss, 5 mins from Bressingham Gardens and close to Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit. A 17th Century Grade 2 listed building, with a single storey courtyard bedroom wing and self catering cottages, all with parking. Our 1 and 2 bedroom self catering serviced cottages are good value, well presented and equipped and always very popular. There are 4 Pubs that all serve food within 2 miles or so.The house is surrounded by the Norfolk countryside and a variety of local walks and cycle routes. Pets are welcomed. Strenneth makes an ideal touring base to explore East Anglia. Close to Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit, Diss, Redgrave and Lopham Fen, Banham Zoo, Bressingham Gardens and equidistant between Norwich, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. Strenneth is dog friendly but dogs cannot be left in the accommodation unattended at any time. A small daily charge is made for your dog.

All rooms and cottages have full central heating. Internet is available, T.Vs & hospitality trays in each room. The extensive breakfast menu is designed to satisfy all tastes and can be adjusted to suit most diets. There are 3 good local Pubs within 2 miles.

Of historical importance the house sits on the perimeter of Fersfield Airfield. During the Second World War this was a top secret airfield. Joseph Patrick Kennedy who was the elder brother of President John F. Kennedy was stationed at Fersfield when he lost his life.

50 GBP is normally taken on booking. If cancelled within 7 days of booking this is refundable. Cancellation between 7-2 days the first night will be charged in full. If cancelled after the full cost may be charged.
