This amazing Regency town house has been painstakingly restored to how it might have been in the 1810s with lovely furniture, period prints and specially printed wallpapers so you can experience life as the 2nd Earl of Camperdown might have done, when he lived in this house in the 1830s, before going on to become MP for Bath. Guests are welcome to use the first floor drawing room with its elegant windows overlooking the park. We provide a choice of breakfast - Full English, Vegetarian or Continental - in the conservatory, our dining room, or even in the garden when the sun shines warmly enough for you!
The house is directly opposite Sydney Gardens and the Holburne Museum with its fascinating permanent collection and top notch visiting exhibitions, and the level walk past the classical facade of Great Pulteney Street to the city centre will hardly take you five minutes. We are some 600 yards from the famous Pulteney Bridge, and from there you can enjoy the excellent shopping, restaurants, museums and architectural sights for which Bath is world-famous. The house is perfectly located for your stay in the Georgian City, your visit to the Roman Baths, and your relaxation in the 21st Century Thermae Spa!
