Charming Large Apartment with Meadows Views, City of Edinburgh

The flat is situated in the highly sought after Marchmont area with stunning views on the Meadows park, just south of the city centre. It features 4 bedrooms, one of which has two double beds, two with 1 double and one single each and the last room has one double bed (5 Doubles and 2 singles)

Every room has a wardrobe, dresser and chair, so there’s plenty of space for all your things!

The bathroom is looking stunning, as you can see from the pictures. The kitchen comes fully equipped, providing you with all the utensils you need should you be planning to cook. It also has a washing machine , meaning you can keep all your clothing fresh whilst you are on the go. The seating area is limited to the kitchen area.
I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests.

In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free high speed WiFi, full gas central heating and all windows are double glazed. There is free parking on the street outside all day Sunday and after 6pm Monday to Saturday.


Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full apartment and usage of all the amenities detailed above.

Interaction With Guests:

This property operates on a self-checking in system. Once you have completed your booking I will send you an access code for the key safe located beside the front door which will allow you to check in (this can also be found in the host directions and self checking in instructions). I will not be on site during your stay but will only be a phone-call away at all times should any issue arise.
