The comfy and cosy rooms are ensuite with private shower. Light refreshments, tea and coffee are supplied in your room. The smart tv allows you to watch television at your leisure. Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime are all available. For breakfast there is a choice of local cafes that provide a good English breakfast within walking distance of the property.
Derby Road Suite is conveniently located on the ground floor with access to a well equipped shared modern kitchen. It forms part of a shared house with friendly housemates on the above floors. If you fancy eating out for lunch and dinner, you are spoilt for choice by the reputable gastro pubs, and restaurants nearby.
The people who live in the building are hardworking professionals who need to sleep peacefully at night. For this reason loud music and or partying will not be allowed, but there is plenty of entertainment in the surrounding areas of Nottingham, Loughborough, and Derby.
The property is on a main road, with free on street parking. Spaces are mostly available in the morning and afternoon.
