The holiday apartments have one-bedroom and one is located on the first floor and the other is on the ground floor with its own private garden and private entrance.
The apartments are both fitted out with a brand-new kitchens and bathrooms and redecorated to the highest standard throughout.
The bedroom's have one double bed and a second double bed with a single bunk above its which is suitable for a child, making the apartments perfect for families or couples looking for more space.
The apartments are set around a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from 1 May until the end of September.
You are just a one minute stroll away from Paignton seafront where you will find a wonderful beach and plenty of entertainment for the children on the pier.
There is also a GEO Park / play park for the children also just a one-minute walk away from the apartment.
