In the first floor flat you will find - a single bedroom - bathroom with bathtub/shower - separate toilet - open plan kitchen and living room area (with air matress for extra people if needed, ideal for flexible guests or perhaps one of the kids!
The main living area is the one in the second floor flat. **Please note neither the flat nor terrace is wheelchair accessible**. The area is well lit and well covered by CCTV. Walking alone late at night is commonplace. The flat is located on a main road but the bedrooms are towards the back which is quiet and calm.
