This elegant Victorian property was built in the 1880's as a private house and was previously owned by a Naval Captain.

Restauration et Boissons

Breakfast is served in the light conservatory or spacious, elegant dining room. Start with the cold buffet of fruit juices, cereal and yoghurt. Then enjoy a traditional Sussex breakfast with freshly cooked local sausages and bacon, free range eggs, tomatoes (from the garden when in season), mushrooms. Or you may prefer a lighter continental option with local cheeses, ham, croissant and locally-produced whole fruit jam. 

Breakfast is served from 7.30am till 9.00am weekdays and 8.15am till 9.15am weekends.

Espaces verts et alentours

The lanscaped garden is a great place to relax in. It's particularly romantic at night as the trees and gazebo sparkle with tiny white lights. Sit with a coffee in the terrace's evening sun or in the gazebo and watch the wildlife. (Organic gardening methods are used to attract flora and fauna.)

London is just over an hour away by car (via the A21). The Channel Tunnel and the ferry ports of Dover and Newhaven are within an hour's drive. Tower House 1066 also makes a great base for exploring other towns in the area such as Brighton, Rye, Lewes, Tunbridge Wells or Eastbourne.
