Only 40 miles North of York this lovely old house situated in the beautiful village of Hutton-le-Hole on the edge of the North York Moors, is ideally situated for market towns, shopping in the fabulous city of York, the coast and, of course, the moors. Here you are free to visit the numerous stately homes, go to the Jurassic coasts of Whitby and Scarborough or simply wander the moors and see the wonderful hidden dales and villages. Oh there's so much to do!

This time of year Spring is on the way, the birds are starting to pair up and in no time at all the Farndale Daffodils will be out. Although in the past the North York Moors Authority have arranged a special bus to take the hundreds of visitors to see them the NYMA never told the daffodils and so they did not always flower at the right time. Thats the trouble with wild things they have a mind of their own.
