The room was basic but comfortable. The bathroom facilites were cramped and such basic things as shelving to put toiletries were non existant. However it was a wonderfully central location and enabled my wife and I to see many things in London that we wouldn't have been otherwise exposed to. Duchy House, Strand, London

Very good stay, staff were very helpful and the location is fantastic. The only improvement I can suggest is to provide a child friendly menu for the Evening meal, otherwise everything was fab. The Bay Hotel, Porthallow
